Who it's for

Built in a card shop. Runs in any WooCommerce store.

TCGiant Sync started with trading cards, where a single oversell means a refund and a negative review. That pressure shaped the product. The result works for anything you list on eBay.

Trading card stores Coin dealers Comic shops Sports memorabilia Toy stores Hobby shops Collectible sellers General eCommerce

Cards and coins get dedicated grading workflows. Everything else lists through the All Other item type — electronics, apparel, parts, homeware — with plain conditions and no grading step.

How it works

Connect once. Choose a direction. Done.

Most stores are synced in an afternoon. There is no CSV round-trip and no separate import product to buy.

1 · Connect your eBay account

One click through eBay's official OAuth 2.0 flow. Tokens are handled server-side through a signed relay and never stored in plain text on your site. Token refresh is automatic.

2 · Import, push, or both

Pull active eBay listings into WooCommerce as real products, or open any product and push it live to eBay. Already selling on both? Run them at the same time — the plugin matches by Item ID and SKU.

3 · Let it run

Pick a schedule — every 15 minutes, hourly, twice daily or daily. Stock moves both ways on every sale, orders arrive in WooCommerce, and tracking goes back to eBay when you mark an order complete.

Why TCGiant Sync

A sync tool that behaves like infrastructure.

Sync is not a feature you notice when it works. Everything here is built around that idea.

WooCommerce-native, not bolted on

Products are real WooCommerce products. Orders are real WooCommerce orders, with HPOS support. eBay controls live inside the product editor you already use, not a parallel interface you have to learn.

Fast on real catalogs

Scanning, importing and image downloads run as three independent queues so none can block the others. A 47-page store scans in about three minutes — the same job took days under the old architecture.

Careful with your data

Failed requests retry instead of failing a whole sync. Rate limits are honored. Variations that vanish from an eBay response are retired, never deleted. Duplicate listings are prevented with per-request UUIDs.

Actively maintained, visibly

95 releases between April and July 2026, with a public changelog written in plain English. Updates arrive in your WordPress admin like any other plugin — one click, no license portal.

The roadmap is your ticket queue

Coin support, bin-location mapping, imported image sizing, the readiness checklist — each one exists because a seller asked. Email reaches the people who write the code.

Honest about limits

Every eBay error is surfaced with the exact cause, not a generic failure. Required item specifics are checked before a push so eBay never rejects a listing you thought was live.

Core features

Everything that has to match, matched.

Six areas, one plugin. Pick a tab to see what each one covers.

Move a catalog in either direction

Whichever platform you built your catalog on, the other one catches up.

  • Import from eBayActive listings become real WooCommerce products — titles, descriptions, prices, quantities, images, item specifics, weight and dimensions.
  • Push to eBayList any product from the product editor, or select hundreds and use the bulk action in your Products list.
  • Smart update detectionAlready linked to an Item ID? The plugin revises that listing. Ended? It relists automatically instead of failing.
  • Targeted syncsSync specific items, re-sync images only, or prune sold and ended listings — without touching the rest of your catalog.
  • Data mapping rulesDecide field by field what eBay is allowed to overwrite — title, price, images, description — so your store copy stays yours.

95 releases since April. Most came from support tickets.

A sample of what landed recently. Every one of these started as a seller telling us something was missing or wrong.

3.4.1Jul 2026New

Relisting ended listings

Pushing a product whose listing had ended used to fail permanently. It now creates a fresh listing automatically, and the button reads Relist instead of Update.

3.4.0Jul 2026

Imported image size control

Choose original, 1200px, 800px or 600px. The smaller size is requested from eBay rather than downloaded and shrunk — less bandwidth, less disk, fewer thumbnails.

3.3.1Jul 2026New

Item specifics from attributes

Listings created from WooCommerce now carry your product attributes as eBay item specifics, and required aspects are validated before the push.

3.3.1Jul 2026

Host images on eBay

For password-protected sites, sites behind bot protection, or stores changing domain — upload to eBay Picture Services instead of linking back to your site.

3.2.0Jul 2026

Duplicate-safe products

Duplicating a WooCommerce product no longer copies the eBay listing link, so a copy can never overwrite or end the original's live listing.

3.1.xJul 2026

Retries and rate limits

Transient network failures and eBay 5xx responses retry instead of failing a whole sync, and HTTP 429 responses honour eBay's Retry-After header.

2.xJul 2026

Faster syncing, by a lot

Page scanning moved off the shared queue into a direct loop. A 47-page store now scans in about three minutes rather than days.

1.9Jul 2026

Bin locations

Route the eBay SKU to a bin location field and edit warehouse shelf codes from a native BIN field on the WooCommerce Inventory tab.

1.5–1.7Jul 2026

Coins, grading and a rebuilt UI

Coins became a first-class item type, grading gained 39 services, and the product panel became one guided flow with a pre-push readiness checklist.

Comparison

TCGiant Sync vs WP-Lister Lite

Why sellers switch

The same five complaints, every time.

These are the reasons people tell us they came looking. Each one is a design decision on our side.

"A bug fix takes months"

You report something broken, then wait a quarter for a release that may or may not include it.

Fixes ship in days

95 releases between April and July 2026. Critical fixes have gone out the same day they were reported, and every one is described in plain English in the changelog.

"The interface is from 2014"

Separate listing tables, profile builders and template editors that have nothing to do with how you actually manage products.

One tab on the product you're editing

Item type, category, condition, push. Visual selectors, live readiness checks, and an eBay column on your Products list. Nothing new to learn.

"Importing costs extra"

You already have thousands of listings on eBay, and getting them into WooCommerce means buying a second plugin.

Import is the product

Import ships in the free version and is unlimited on Pro. Same plugin, same dashboard, same $5 a month.

"Big syncs just stop"

An import stalls at 60%, a PHP timeout kills the job, and the only fix is to start over and hope.

Built to resume

Three independent queues, automatic retry on transient failures, rate-limit awareness, and stalled-job detection that reschedules itself — even on hosts with WP-Cron disabled.

"It doesn't understand what I sell"

Generic eBay tools have no concept of a PSA 10, a cert number, or a coin in an NGC slab.

Collectibles are the default case

39 grading services, verified eBay condition descriptor IDs, item-type-aware category roots — and an All Other type for everything that isn't a collectible.

What sellers say

★★★★★
"With more than 5,000 items in our eBay store, we needed an affordable way to add them to our WordPress website. As a small shop, many of the other options were beyond our budget. TCGiant Sync does exactly what we need — and more — at a fraction of the cost."

FAQ

Questions we get asked first

How does syncing work?

Connect your eBay account with OAuth, then pick a direction. Import pulls your active eBay listings into WooCommerce as real products. Push creates or updates eBay listings from WooCommerce products. After the first run, both sides stay current on a schedule you choose — every 15 minutes, hourly, twice daily or daily — and you can trigger a manual sync any time.

Will I lose my eBay listings?

No. Importing only reads your listings; it never ends or edits them. When you push a product that is already linked to an eBay Item ID, the plugin revises that listing rather than creating a duplicate — and every listing request carries a unique ID so a network retry can't create a second one.

Can I import my existing eBay listings?

Yes, and it's part of the plugin rather than a separate purchase. Import brings across titles, descriptions, prices, quantities, images, item specifics, weight and dimensions, and maps your eBay store categories to WooCommerce categories. You can filter to specific store categories so you only bring in what you want.

Do you support variations?

Yes, in both directions. Multi-variation eBay listings import as WooCommerce variable products with their variations intact, and variable products push to eBay as multi-variation listings. If a variation disappears from an eBay response it is retired — set private and out of stock — rather than deleted, so nothing is lost permanently.

Do you support coins?

Yes. Coins are a first-class item type with their own eBay category roots, graded and ungraded condition sets, and 15 coin grading services including PCGS, NGC, CAC, ANACS and ICG. Grades and certification numbers are sent as proper eBay condition descriptors.

Do you support trading cards?

That's where the plugin started. 24 card grading services including PSA, BGS, BVG, BCCG, SGC, CGC, HGA, TAG and more, full graded and ungraded condition descriptors, grades from 1 to 10 in half steps, and cert numbers.

What if I sell things that aren't collectibles?

Choose the "All Other" item type. You get plain eBay conditions with no grading step, so electronics, apparel, parts, tools and homeware list normally. Category auto-suggestion, item specifics, business policies and inventory sync all work the same way.

Can I sync 100,000 products?

Large catalogs are exactly what the current architecture was rebuilt for. Page scanning, product imports and image downloads run as three independent background queues so none blocks the others, interrupted work resumes instead of restarting, transient failures retry, and eBay rate limits are honoured. Sync time depends on your host and eBay's API throughput — if you're running a catalog that size, email us and we'll walk through it with you before you buy.

Can I schedule syncs?

Yes — every 15 minutes, hourly, twice daily or daily for products, with orders polled on their own 15-minute cycle. On hosts that disable WP-Cron, background work is scheduled through a fallback and the System Health panel tells you if anything is misconfigured.

Can I test it for free?

Yes. The free version syncs up to 50 products with no credit card and no time limit, and it includes every feature — import, push, variations, grading, orders, policies. Upgrade only when you outgrow the product limit.

How do updates work?

Like any other WordPress plugin. New versions appear on your Plugins screen and update in one click — no license portal, no manual zip uploads.

What do I need to run it?

WordPress 5.8 or newer, WooCommerce 5.0 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and an eBay seller account. Push to eBay additionally requires eBay Business Policies, which are free and already enabled on most seller accounts.
