Customers with a valid Pro Annual or Lifetime Access license receive access to plugin updates and technical support. We offer support strictly for issues directly related to our plugin's functionality. Support is not responsible for conflicts with other third-party themes or plugins.

5. Limitation of Liability

TCGiant Sync Pro provides a syncing tool designed to help you manage inventory across platforms. While we strive to ensure accurate syncing, TCGiant Sync Pro is not liable for any discrepancies, overselling incidents, revenue loss, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use this software in your business operations.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to our users. Continued use of the plugin constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
